Enhancement of several sales channels of a leading insurance provider

A leading Swiss health insurance provider wants to drive the further development of its three main channels. The team, consisting of developers, architects, UX engineer and a business analyst, is constantly developing and delivering new functionalities. Existing functions are optimised in the areas of usability, UI design and user guidance, and technical and architectural improvements are introduced. In doing so, it is important to comply with the high data protection regulations in the healthcare sector. All three channels are developed using agile methodologies.

Activities

  • Business analyst and scrum master for 3 teams
  • Elicitation of requirements as well as accompaniment of new features from requirements engineering to testing to introduction
  • Documentation and testing for quality assurance
  • Planning and implementation of interdisciplinary workshops
  • Organisation, moderation, and management of all relevant sprint ceremonies for all teams virtually and in person
  • Management of projects, boards and backlogs in Jira and Confluence
